  Collection of animals made of very resistant and high quality plastic. Hand painted. Faithful reproduction of various species that includes a card with the characteristics of each animal. It allows the development of symbolic play, motivating interest and learning about the animal world, its customs, habitat, characteristics, etc. Applications in the school curriculum This material is an excellent didactic resource for both the Early Childhood Education stage and for Primary Education. In Early Childhood Education it can be used as a recreational resource in two of the areas set out in the Early Childhood Education curriculum: Area of the Physical and Social Environment specifically in point IV Animals and plants, and in the Area of Communication and Representation. And specifically for the following concepts: o Living beings: animals from their own environment. o Animals in different media. o Relations between animals and people. o Relationship of interdependence and balance. o Relationship of utility of the animals. o Acquisition of vocabulary about animals. o Beginning of the written language. o The number.
